The Owners 8 Association is the voice of Wyndham owners, an outspoken advocate, and an indispensable resource for the  hotel owners of these franchising systems.  Owners need a unified voice that can collectively represent the Owners and their issues.  The Owners 8 Association identifies the most significant issues facing the owners.  The association focuses on objectives and tactical initiatives needed to serve the members and creates a group where owners can operate cooperatively. The Association keeps members informed regarding laws, regulations, industry trends, and trade news through communication.  The Owners 8 Association keeps members informed about continuous changes in franchise requirements and also provides members with an overview of hotel owners top concerns.  Owners 8 Association identifies key issues and develops action items that are specific to the franchisees / Owners. 

Standing as the voice of Wyndham franchisees, the Association represents hotel owners across the USA , the vast majority of which are small, family-owned operations. O8A will work with Wyndham Worldwide and represent the franchisees in an effort to bring positive results for the members.  It is the association's goal to create further profitability for the franchisees and the franchisor in an effort to allow both to undergo positive growth and development.  A successful relationship is the key to a positive future.
